Here's the real issue.
Brands often complain that they don't get the data they want or need from retailers.
But retailers have qualms of their own. I've heard from many RMN leaders that brands hound them for custom dashboards, which never actually get used.
This is all time and dev costs that the retailer could be using to build better features, standard reporting, etc.
